08Bottari IA and Estudio IA

• Bottari IA: a chat similar to WhatsApp. You type to it or send it a voice note (up to 1 minute) and it answers you, writes product descriptions and puts together your daily summary. Before it sends anything to a customer, it asks you to confirm.
• Estudio IA: removes backgrounds, enlarges photos, makes images and photos with a model based on your garment, and 5- or 10-second videos.

1. What you send goes to our AI server.
2. That server passes it to an AI model from an outside provider. Voice notes are turned into text first.
3. The answer comes back to your dashboard.

Today Bottari IA uses Groq, Cerebras, Google (Gemini API). For Estudio IA the candidates are Google (Gemini API) and fal.ai. TO BE COMPLETED: final providers of the AI Studio.

Nobody at Bottari Studio reads what you send to the AI, unless you ask us for help with a case or we have to look into a breach of the acceptable use rules.

AI can make up a fact, get a price or the stock wrong, or misunderstand a voice note. Check what it suggests before you send it to a customer or publish it. You decide what gets sent and what gets published.

• A photo with a model must show the real garment: the same color, the same fabric and the same fit. Showing something different from what you sell is misleading advertising (art. 1101 of the Civil and Commercial Code) and breaks the duty to give accurate information (art. 4 of Ley 24.240, the Consumer Protection Law).
• Every photo and every video from Estudio IA is marked in the dashboard as made with AI.
• We recommend saying so in your store too, with a short line like “Photo generated with AI from the real garment”.

Real people

• To use a person's face, body or voice you need their permission (art. 53 of the Civil and Commercial Code). That includes the models who pose for your photos.
• Do not generate images of real, recognizable people without their permission, whether they are famous or not.
• Nothing involving minors. No nudity and no sexual content.

What you upload is yours. You can use what is generated from your requests in your business, including to sell, without paying us anything more. We do not claim any rights over it.

Keep in mind: the intellectual property law (Ley 11.723) protects human authors, and it is not yet clear how it applies to what an AI generates. That is why we cannot guarantee that a result is unique: someone else could get something similar.

• We do not use your photos, voice notes or messages to train AI models, and we choose providers that do not do so with what we send them either.
• Our AI server does not keep the content after it answers you. It keeps a technical log (date, type of request and credits) for 30 days (retention periods).
• If your messages include data about your buyers, it is handled as the data agreement says.

• You see how many credits an action costs before you confirm it.
• If a generation fails, we give you back its credits.
• We let you know when you have used 80% of the month's credits.
• When they run out, nothing is charged automatically. All the rules are in the terms.

We can stop a request that breaks the acceptable use rules. If you see that the AI did something it should not have, tell us at legal@bottaristudio.com.
