09Acceptable use

Bottari Studio exists so that the clothing businesses of Flores and Av. Avellaneda sell more and sell better. These rules protect your buyers, the other businesses and you.

• Selling counterfeit products, or products that use other people's brands without permission.
• Selling products that the law prohibits.
• Showing prices, sizes, colors or stock that are not real, or hiding costs.
• Using other people's photos, texts or designs without permission (Ley 11.723, the Intellectual Property Law).
• Uploading personal data of people who did not give it to you, or using it for something other than what you told them.
• Sending mass messages to people who did not ask for them.
• Trying to get into other people's accounts or data, testing security without permission or introducing malicious software.
• Copying the dashboard automatically, reselling it or overloading it on purpose.

• No sexual content and no nudity.
• Nothing involving minors.
• No images, videos or voices of real, recognizable people without their permission (art. 53 of the Civil and Commercial Code).
• Nothing that discriminates, that incites violence or that impersonates another person or another business.
• Nothing that shows the garment differently from how it really is.
• Do not try to get around the AI's limits.

If a person appears in your photos (a model, someone on your team, you), you need their permission to use their image, ideally in writing. If they are a minor, you need their parents' permission, and we recommend not using photos of minors with the AI.

1. We tell you in writing what we saw and why it is a problem.
2. We give you 5 business days to fix it, or we help you do it.
3. If it is not fixed, we pause only what is affected (a product, a photo, the AI).
4. If it is serious or illegal (for example, content involving minors or counterfeit products), we pause it right away and tell you the reason.
5. You can always reply and explain your case. If it was our mistake, we undo it.

If the breach continues or is very serious, we can end the service as the terms say. If an authority asks us with a valid order, we cooperate.

If you see something that breaks these rules in a store we built (for example, your brand or your photo used without permission), write to us at legal@bottaristudio.com with the link and what is happening. We reply within 5 business days.
