  • Bottari Studio is a brand of three partners: Rafael, Martín and Leandro. The company has not been set up yet: that is why the company details are shown as pending.
  • For anything legal, write to us at legal@bottaristudio.com.
  • These documents apply to bottaristudio.com, dashboard.bottaristudio.com and legal.bottaristudio.com.
  • The Spanish version is the binding one. The Korean and English versions are translations.

If you use the withdrawal button or the cancellation button, we e-mail you the code of your request within 24 hours (Disposición SSDCyLC 954/2025, the national rule on these buttons).

3.Which sites these documents cover

The stores we build for each business (for example, VIVARUBY's) belong to that business. They have their own terms and their own privacy policy, and the business is the one responsible to its buyers. We process that data on the business's behalf: see the data processing agreement.

4.Languages

The documents are in Spanish, Korean and English. If a translation says something different, the Spanish version prevails. A native speaker reviews every Korean text before it is published.

5.The brand and the content

The name Bottari Studio, the word 보따리 next to the brand, the logo (the round bundle with the 보) and the texts, photos and designs of these sites belong to Bottari Studio. Do not use them without asking us for permission. You can quote and link to these documents as much as you like.

6.If we did not solve a problem

Write to us first at legal@bottaristudio.com: almost everything gets solved that way. If you are a consumer and you are not satisfied, you can file a free complaint at the Ventanilla Federal Única de Reclamos de Defensa del Consumidor (the national consumer complaints desk) or at the consumer protection office of your province or your municipality.

For your personal data, the authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the Argentine data protection authority.

7.Applicable law

These sites are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Which court handles a dispute is explained in the terms.
